Dr. Scott Timko is a chiropractor serving North Phoenix and the surrounding communities. He and the rest of the friendly team at Timko Chiropractic are dedicated to chiropractic solutions to target your unique needs, whether you are suffering from back pain, neck pain, headaches, or even just plain old muscular tightness and tension. You may need pain relief after suffering an accident, experiencing an injury, or if you have a specific condition such as chronic back pain or a spinal condition; even if you just want to improve your overall health, we can help you achieve your wellness goals at our North Phoenix location!

Dr. Timko’s office is located in the Gonstead Spine Institute in North Phoenix. Along with utilizing the Gonstead adjusting technique he is skilled in a multitude of other techniques as well. These include high velocity corrective techniques such as Thompson, Pierce and Pettibon to low force techniques such as DNFT, Activator and SOT (for those who do not like being “popped”). He is also skilled in extremity adjusting and soft tissue work for all types of acute and chronic extremity issues such as shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, foot and TMJ problems. Each patient’s adjustment and therapy plan will be based on their particular needs and is not “cookie cutter.” Whether you are a 25 year old power lifter, sit behind a desk for 8 hours a day or are an 85 year old osteoporotic woman, the adjustments will be custom matched to your personal needs.

We also offer the latest cutting edge technology in the non-surgical treatment of serious chronic lower back pain and sciatica. At our office in North Phoenix our commitment to offering the highest quality of chiropractic care resulted in the addition of the FDA-cleared Axiom DRX9000C spinal decompression technology for the treatment of back pain caused by herniated and/or bulging discs, degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis. The DRX 9000C spinal decompression unit has shown amazing results and could keep you from having risky surgery!

At the North Phoenix office Nutritional Counseling is also an important part of Dr. Timko’s practice and he utilizes a multitude of testing tools to help hone in on your particular problem. These tests may include blood analysis, hormone testing, tissue mineral analysis, food sensitivity/allergy testing and Nutrition Response Testing. By using these tests and his years of clinical experience, Dr. Timko can then recommend the correct nutritional products and diet to help your body return to optimal health and function.

At your first visit to Timko Chiropractic, Dr. Scott Timko will explain the science behind how chiropractic care works, and give you a full evaluation to see if chiropractic care is right for you. If there is a good fit, we can develop a plan of chiropractic care that is specific to your condition and health goals. This initial consultation with Dr. Timko is completely FREE of charge.
